Manuscripts sent for review must be treated as confidential documents, Learning Community, An International peer review journal on Educational and Social Development choose Referees based on their qualifications and objectivity regarding a particular manuscript. We would like anticipate prompt thorough reports from the Referees. Anonymity of referees should be preserved to the extent possible, unless the referee and editor agree to disclosure. Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors. Authorship credit should be based on a substantial intellectual contribution. It is assumed that all authors have had a significant role in the creation of a manuscript that bears their names. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate co- authors are included on the paper, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.
